MSU Showcases Innovation at Young Women for Economic Development National Convention

Midlands State University (MSU) joined young women from across Zimbabwe at the Young Women for Economic Development National Convention, held at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC), showcasing the University’s research, innovations and entrepreneurial solutions.

At its exhibition stand, MSU showcased a range of research-driven products and innovations, including products from the MSU Cannabis Centre.

The exhibition provided an opportunity to engage young women, entrepreneurs, policymakers and other stakeholders on how research, innovation and technology can contribute to Zimbabwe’s economic development.

Through the Cannabis Research Centre and Research & Innovation Hub, MSU continues to translate research and knowledge into practical solutions that address industry and community needs while creating opportunities for entrepreneurship and enterprise development.

The Convention also provided a platform for knowledge sharing, networking and collaboration, highlighting the role of young women in driving innovation, entrepreneurship and economic development.

MSU remains committed to advancing research, innovation and entrepreneurship for national development.
